My recent travels took me to mystical Marrakech, Morocco. Staying in a traditional Riad, I got to look behind the high red walls of the city and experience the blissfully serene courtyards decorated with exquisite moroccan furniture, carpets and carvings. Outside these walls told another story, the hustle and humidity of the Souks and Medina absorb all your senses. The market stalls are stacked high with Moroccan treats and trinkets, theres constant chatter from the shop owners as you peruse the goods from a safe distance to save yourself leaving with something unexpected. All of this whilst dodging the mopeds and carts that squeeze themselves down the tight, busy streets.
