This is a great outfit to kick off the Vintage Renewal section of my blog. This gorgeous smock top was found in one of my local charity shops and was originally a dress. I simply cut off the access fabric to the length I wanted...I went for a slightly cropped length. I then hemmed the bottom and job done. I've even got some extra embroidery left on the off cuts so keep an eye out for what happens to that. 

This little bohemian top is such a great colour, I've just teamed it with some simple black denim Levi shorts, tan suede boots and one of my hats that matched in with one of the colours of the embroidery. This would make a great festival look with some flat boots or a cute day look... a pretty good stand out piece for a couple of quid.
