In my previous vintage renewal posts It's all been about creating something or adapting the item but sometimes things can look just as good left alone. I picked this dress up in a charity shop for around £3. The ombre/tie-dye print is so bold and individual so I couldn't bring myself to cut into it. The fabric is a perfect weight to make it float beautifully when you walk so I definitely wanted to keep the maxi dress shape. I've worn it with a belt around the waist to give a bit of extra shape in the body and ankle boots. It would also be great with summer sandals and its perfect for a beach cover up.
